It is only now that I have decided to try out. This first attempt was in the local park this morning on one of the basketball courts. It was a little tricky trying to compose the shot not being able to see through the viewfinder. It took several attempts to get this shot the way I liked. There was a bit of fine tuning with the crop tool to straighten the image. I may have to get myself out and about with it.

Dave - this is truly fantastic! Its really imaginative and although I've heard of it being done before - but in a much more costly and elaborate way - I think the result here is excellent. A whole world of possibilities...photos from places YOU can't get. Don't just think UP - think across and down too! Put your camera down a hole? over the edge of a building? over a river? out of a window? (please note Scott is not responsible for damage caused by these crazy suggestions!)

There's a protest gathering in London this coming Saturday based around the notion "I'm a photographer; not a terrorist" It might be a good idea if you get the T-shirt Dave, because with this new bit of kit I guess you might find you're having to explain yourself to 'jobs-worth' security people who lurk everywhere these days. :)

Thanks for the comments.

Will have to be very selective of my location when using this equipment, I do'nt fancy a night in cells !!

nice fresh viewpoint Dave but I agree with Alan, reckon it could be next stop Guantanemo for you if you're spotted in public with this (especially as it's still open)
