It would be nice to experience some that heat you mention Karen. (not to mention the scenery in this shot)

Let me know when you're coming and I'll arrange a guided tour!
Not sure I'd recommend the height of Summer though.

Aside from the heat and the beautiful scene I really like the colours and in particular the depth. From the foreground rocks - all those miles to Mt Lindsay in the distance.

And now, at last, I can comment! Karen, this is wonderful and a favourite for sure :-).

Thanks so much for all your comments everyone,
and especially Anita for selecting my image for Photo of the Week. That was such an unexpected thrill.
I was stunned to see it selected when I logged on this morning.

Must also give credit to the Trekabout Photography guys, Michael Snedic and Mark Rayner for taking me along on their workshop to see this lovely location.

If any members of PPFUK are ever in this area, please let me know and I'll be happy to show you around.

:-D no problem Karen - glad to see we're getting to see more of Luke's farm and, if I were ever lucky enough to find myself back down in Oz, I would definitely take you up on your offer!

Congratulations Karen! A great image of a great part of the world, albeit too hot!
