The colour of the water is spectacular Chris. It's a pity that the sky (on the right) is a bit overcooked. I'd be tempted to do something about that.

Love the color of the water from the glacier melt. You'll probably have to select the sky with the lasso or the magic wand tool and work with the sky seperately.

There are probably sophisticated ways of doing it Chris . . . but I'd cut all the sky out (having first used the 'eyedropper' to select the blue in the left section of the sky to paint the sky back in) You lose the clouds this way but I suspect that would not be too great a miss. Remember also that the sky is slightly darker the higher you look . . . . so you might darken the very top section very slightly. A uniformly coloured sky is often a giveaway that it has been added!

  • Be sensitive, but make it clear what you think of a photograph and the response it generates.
  • Try to indicate whether the response being sought by the photographer had been achieved, and if not, outline the way/s in which it has not succeeded.
