Sorry for uploading another Kingfisher/Bird image, this was taken during the summer,hence the blue b/ground... I like this shot as it give the K/fisher space to look into, and has catch light too.. I will try and load up something different tomorrow, thanks for looking

This is a well framed photograph. The openess of it allows you to really focus on the bird and what it's thinking.

He's thinking deep thoughts about. . .
Will the bird house real estate market rebound in the next year or is just going to have to declare bankruptcy and let the bank take his nest? Sad times for wildlife.

Hey Shane, just saw your comment on one of my photos (hadn't noticed as I had gallery emails turned off), just to say was my pleasure to choose this as POTW, I can appreciate how difficult it must of been to get this shot after trying to photograph some fairly tame robins in my garden!
