I have known Kalliope for many years, and have spent many a happy hour in her company, sipping her excellent greek coffee in her house. It is one of the last houses in Chora, Amorgos that refuses to have electricity - it is also one of the last houses containing only the traditional furniture typical for the Kycladic Islands.
When Kalliope saw herself on the LCD monitor of my D70 she simply exclaimed: "Instant Kalliope!"
